Guitar Upgrades Online accepts Mastercard, Visa, Discover, American Express, and Paypal. Our shipping rates are very reasonable and are based on weight of the individual items. Shipping will calculate at checkout. Items usually ship same or next day (Mon-Fri) from receiving payment. We make every effort to keep items on this website in stock and keep the website updated on any out of stock items. These items are sold in our local shop as well as online, so inventory levels can change quickly. Guitar Upgrades Online reserves the right to hold your order until all items are in stock. If you order an item that is out of stock before the website was updated, you will be notified with an ETA. We restock inventory on a regular basis and can also special order items for you. E-mail guitarupgrades@mchsi.com for questions pertaining to special order items.
Please note: There is a $10.00 minimum on all orders.
Return Policy
Guitar Upgrades Online will accept returns on unaltered, unused items within 7 days of receipt. Returns will be subject to a 15% restocking fee. Before returning any item you must contact guitarupgrades@mchsi.com and let us know the reason you would like to return it. Please include your invoice number. We will not accept any returns without this information. If by chance, we make a shipping error, please let us know as soon as possible so we can correct it. Items returned due to an error on our part will not be subject to a restocking fee.
Please Note: Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns on electronic components that have been soldered, leads cut, bent, or otherwise altered. We sell high quality parts and screen for defects. Pickguards can not be returned if they have been altered, modified, or have the protective plastic removed. Pickups are tested with a meter prior to shipping. Seymour Duncan pickups are covered by the Seymour Duncan 21-Day Real World Exchange Policy.
